CDs mastered from first generation cassette copy of the master cassette, a chrome C-120. Some high-frequency distortion exists in the original recording. This has been reduced but not eliminated in the mastering process. Based on the length of the show, I believe an additional tape was used to record Starship Trooper. This track was not included on the first generation master recording I used, but was obtained from another copy of the same recording. The generation of the Starship Trooper tape is unknown, but is probably a little higher than the master for the other tracks. Note: a gap in The Gates of Delirium was closed but not patched. The gap corresponds with the one-hour length of one side of the original cassette. [SMT March 2004]
